My Mental Health
The last few years have been trying for all of us. The global pandemic has meant that we have been cut off from our loved ones, near and far. We have had to adjust to homeschooling our children while we work from home. All these factors, month in and month out have taken a heavy toll on our mental health.
Meditate to stay connected and feed your mental health
More people are turning to meditation apps to feel calm during the novel coronavirus pandemic. At the same time, the apps are a way to stay connected. This sense of connection and personal interaction meant that in March 2020, 750,000 people downloaded mindfulness and meditation apps. Here’s a first look at some of them: Free mindfulness apps. Some meditation apps: Meditation apps.
Mental health resources
You can find mental health experts and resources at your local organization to help you attend a community event, find support groups, and search for general information. Here are a few of many examples. Please seek assistance and support when you or a loved one is in need.

Exercise
include time to exercise in your weekly wellbeing planner! Exercise increases your overall health and your sense of well-being, which puts more pep in your step every day. But exercise also has some direct stress-busting benefits. As a result, it pumps up the production of your brain’s feel-good neurotransmitters, endorphins.
